1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of Basilik Ventures AFZ ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Basilik Ventures AFZ specializes in the sale of cryptocurrency mining hardware and the provision of hosting and colocation services for mining equipment. We also offer infrastructure solutions and related consulting. We do not hold, trade, or manage cryptocurrency on behalf of clients. All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under UAE law. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Payment terms will be specified at the time of purchase or in a separate service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
5. Hosting Services
Hosting and colocation services are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). We strive to maintain high uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Factors such as maintenance, force majeure events, or power disruptions may affect availability. Specific uptime commitments and compensation terms are defined in each SLA.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Basilik Ventures AFZ or its licensors and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws and international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Basilik Ventures AFZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Basilik Ventures AFZ sells mining hardware and provides hosting services only. We do not operate mining equipment on behalf of clients, nor do we hold, trade, or manage any cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency mining involves inherent risks including market volatility, regulatory changes, and network difficulty adjustments. Any profitability estimates provided on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of returns.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the UAE.
9. Compliance
You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable UAE laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws, and any regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank, Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), or Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) documentation at any time.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
